The AIDA Competition Freediver course is for anyone planning to enter an AIDA competition be it for the first time or to refresh your knowledge. This course covers the main competition disciplines of static apnea, dynamic apnea and constant weight freediving.

The course covers all the competition rules and procedures and then re-creates a competition environment in the pool and open water to give you a sense of the pressures involved in a competition event.
